Position :Â Video Editor
Working Hours  : M-F, 10am–6pm GMT+3 (Eastern European working hours preferred)
Salary Range : $1,500–$2,000 per month/ depending on skills and experience

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team for an exciting long-term social media project. You will be responsible for producing engaging short-form video content specifically designed for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts , with the goal of posting daily content. This is an opportunity to build a lasting partnership and have creative input in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We're looking for someone who has a strong design instinct , fast editing skills, and the ability to translate a script or message into captivating visuals that resonate with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit 40–45 second videos for social media, aiming to post at least one daily
• Interpret provided scripts and turn them into visually compelling edits
• Source and integrate voiceover audio (we’ll collaborate on voice options, and may explore AI tools)
• Create and design a talking cartoon character to appear in the bottom corner of each video (we’ll work together on the final look)
• Ensure smooth and engaging image and scene transitions , as inspired by reference examples
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in tone and brand identity
• Deliver content efficiently and consistently, with the flexibility to scale from 1–20 videos per day depending on demand

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative video work (please include similar projects if possible)
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
• Familiarity with AI tools for voiceover generation is a plus
• Strong eye for detail, transitions, and visual flow
• Ability to work independently while still collaborating with a wider team
• Comfortable working within GMT+3 business hours
• Excellent communication skills in English

Assessment Process

• Applicants are required to submit their portfolio showcasing relevant video work before proceeding to the next stage
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the client
• The final decision will be based on portfolio quality, creative fit, and communication skills
