Position Responsibilities
Evaluate and identify trends to inform and aid Merchandising business decisions through sales, inventory, current market and customer data.
Develop and manage tools supporting business rhythm and measuring product performance.
Support vendor management by maintaining shared dashboards, monitoring vendor-related news and organizing content for vendor meetings.
Organize, summarize and visualize data into meaningful insights that inform Merchandising plans and initiatives.
Collaborate across other departments on pricing, inventory management, new products and sales initiatives to improve Merchandising operational results.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations Management or Finance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI a plus.
Excellent communication skills with relentless attention to detail.
