Job Title: D365 Business Central Architect / Senior Developer (Construction Industry)

Overview: I am working with a client that is seeking a highly skilled D365 Business Central Architect or Senior Developer with experience in the construction industry to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and develop custom solutions within D365 Business Central tailored to company needs

Lead system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Optimize financial, project management, and supply chain functionalities within D365 Business Central.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and guiding best practices.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with D365 Business Central development and architecture.

Strong understanding of construction industry workflows and ERP requirements.

Expertise in AL programming, extensions, and integrations.

Experience with Power Platform, Azure, and SQL Server is a plus.

Familiarity with Netsmartz ISV solutions and Power BI are nice-to-have.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
