What You'll Do:
Provide Expert Pulmonology Care: Diagnose and treat diseases and conditions of the respiratory system and lungs, providing comprehensive care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Focus on high-quality, patient-centered care, building strong relationships with patients and staff.
Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work closely with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care.
Utilize Advanced Technology: Leverage conversational AI and Dragon dictation for efficient documentation, and utilize our proprietary EHR system, ChartEasy™.
Order and Interpret Diagnostics: Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging to provide accurate and effective treatment plans.
Provide Preventative Care: Focus on preventative care to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
Utilize EHR Systems: Use and navigate EHR systems such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and American HealthTech, and state/county medical systems.

What We're Looking For:
Board Certification: Board Certification in Internal Medicine with additional Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine.
Medical License: Valid medical license in the state in which you will practice.
DEA License: Valid DEA license in the state in which you will practice.
Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
Residency: Completion of a valid U.S. residency program.
Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation for in-person rounding.
Technology Proficiency: Ability to use electronic medical tools and EHR systems.
What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: Compensation ranging from $50,000 to $400,000 annually, depending on employment status and availability.
