We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to support internal and external communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering clear, consistent, and engaging messages that reflect Captura Hall’s brand and mission. This position requires strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills to manage communications strategies across various departments and client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and editing internal memos, press releases, and company announcements.

  • Coordinate communications strategies with marketing and leadership teams.

  • Track communication campaigns and analyze their effectiveness.

  • Prepare presentation materials and talking points for meetings and events.

  • Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

  • Support crisis communication efforts when needed.

  • Monitor industry trends and media coverage related to company activities.

  • Provide administrative support to the communications department.

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a communications or related role.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with design tools is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-oriented.
