Position Summary: Lead Attorneys/Partners

Required Background:

Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school
Active bar license
Highly skilled litigator with a minimum of ten years of experience at trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Well-versed in federal and state employment law, rules of civil procedure, and rules of evidence.
Powerful high stakes negotiation skills.
Adroit interpersonal skills for communication with clients and opposing counsel. Independent and proactive case management.
Skilled user of technology.
Commitment to the vision and values of the Firm.

Work Style - - Hybrid, Remote

Billable hour requirements: 1500 billables

Compensation (Base salary range and bonus opportunities:

Experienced: Base + Commission

Benefits: Full med, 401K, PTO
