Brand Marketing Manager - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

About the Role:
Are you passionate about growing brands, driving innovation, and making an impact in the CPG space? We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help expand our product portfolio, increase consumer awareness, and drive market share. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Integrated Marketing, R&D, Innovation, and Operations—to bring strategic initiatives to life.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic marketer with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a passion for crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with consumers. This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, CPG.

What You'll Do:
Product Marketing & Innovation
Become a subject matter expert on our product portfolio.
Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including pricing, packaging, sales toolkits, positioning, and promotional campaigns.
Work with R&D and Innovation teams to ensure products are developed and launched on time.
Provide direction for product content across websites, e-commerce platforms, and retail partners.
Market Research & Insights
Support consumer research efforts and analyze secondary data sources to stay on top of category trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
Transform data into meaningful insights that inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
Performance Analysis & Business Strategy
Contribute to business performance analysis by leveraging primary and secondary research.
Track product performance, consumer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven recommendations.
Simplify and present insights to sales teams and retail partners in an impactful way.
Marketing Execution & Campaigns
Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing team to execute campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Write creative briefs and work closely with internal teams or external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
Lead shopper marketing initiatives that drive awareness and conversion.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Operations to align strategies and drive growth.
Develop internal performance reports and customer presentations that tell a compelling business story.
Support the execution of promotions, creative assets, and retail activations.
Budget & Process Management
Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Maintain trackers, processes, and documentation to streamline operations.
Develop clear, impactful business communications that inform and inspire.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in marketing roles within the CPG industry (food & beverage experience a plus).
Proven success in driving revenue growth and brand awareness.
Skills & Expertise
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and core marketing levers.
Experience managing and executing shopper marketing programs across digital and retail platforms.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), syndicated databases (IRI/Nielsen/SPINS), and visualization tools (Tableau/Bedrock a plus).
