As a Waiter or Waitress at Latin Bites, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional time. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome. - Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly. - Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about our dishes. - Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and set for the next guests. - Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver seamless service. - Handling guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and care.
We’re seeking someone who can bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality to our team. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
