UI/UX Designer to lead user-centered design initiatives and enhance the accessibility, usability, and responsiveness of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, along with proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and accessible digital experiences.
Responsibilities - Lead user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to identify opportunities for improving user interactions.
- Translate business objectives and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, visual hierarchies, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with accessibility (WCAG) and branding standards.
- Apply UX principles such as hierarchy, contrast, alignment, and responsive design for both web and mobile applications.
- Conduct design workshops, feedback sessions, and sprint planning to align solutions with business goals.
- Develop data visualizations and graphical diagrams to communicate complex workflows, timelines, and system architecture.
- Employ industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Hotjar for design and testing.
- Design intuitive AI/ML interfaces with a focus on human-AI interaction and explainable AI (XAI) principles.
- Advocate for user-centered design , ensuring empathy-driven solutions across complex business and regulatory systems.
- Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements - 4+ years hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems , including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- 4+ years experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions.
- 4+ years applying UX design principles to create responsive and accessible digital interfaces.
- 4+ years experience creating wireframes and prototypes in support of Agile development cycles .
Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years experience designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives for workflows, timelines, or system architecture.
- 3+ years facilitating design workshops and stakeholder feedback sessions .
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple design streams concurrently.
- Experience with government services, healthcare, or finance systems , particularly in rule-based, data-intensive applications.
- Knowledge of SEO optimization and responsive web standards .
