Summary

We are a nature play based program looking for a toddler teacher in our 1-2 year old room starting in June!
We are looking for a co-teacher for our classroom of 8 one and two year olds in a beautiful setting just off of HWY 51 in DeForest WI.
If you love being silly, being messy, playing outside, finding the new exciting changes in nature, singing and dancing, gardening with toddlers, trips to the park, and more please come join us!

Duties

Working to support toddlers during their day by meeting their needs with diapering/toileting, snacks and lunch time support, helping with dressing, transitions like naps, outdoors. Someone who is able to work at their level so floor play as well as bending and light lifting. Be willing to keep room clean, sanitized and rotate toys as needed. Able to read books (we loovvee books at this age!) Able to work with State Standards (WEMLS and Developmental Milestones for documenting and planning and goal setting) able to meet Youngstar level 4 for your classroom.

Requirements

Working towards or have lead teacher level 7 in the Registry or higher. CPR & First Aid for infant/toddler and children. FBI background and fingerprinting must be passed before you can work with children.

Nice To Haves

We would love an associate degree or higher but willing to work with you in obtaining them. Have a great communication style with adults and families around children in our program (we use the ProCare parent app). Able to keep up with our toddlers on walks, floor play and other toddler antics!
