Job Description:

The State of NY is seeking a Senior Wireless Support Specialist with expertise in wireless device management, enterprise architecture, and security compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in carrier portals, Apple ABM, Android KNOX, and enterprise architecture , along with excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

• Manage and support Carrier Portals, Apple ABM, and Android KNOX for enterprise mobility. (4+ years )
  
• Implement and maintain enterprise or solution architecture to support business needs. (4+ years )
  
• Utilize strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues. (4+ years )
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and relationship building . (4+ years )
  
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects with strong project management skills . (4+ years )
  
• Ensure compliance with NYC Cyber Command Standards for security and technology implementation. (4+ years )
  
• Analyze and interpret business policies and procedures to document functional specifications. (4+ years )
  
• Work with cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, developers) to define requirements. (4+ years )
