Job Description

Salary: $80,920 - 184,210 per year Requirements:

• I require candidates who can efficiently perform their job responsibilities within a hybrid work model, necessitating in-person collaboration 2-3 days a week.
• Candidates should be willing to travel up to 50% on average, depending on the projects and clients we serve.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the implementation of Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in addressing direct or indirect tax requirements.
• Expertise in direct tax such as corporate income tax, tax provision, operational transfer pricing, and state income taxation is essential, along with familiarity with Oracle TRCS and other EPM Suite applications. Preferred experience in indirect tax (transaction tax) involving native Oracle product functionalities or tools like ONESOURCE Indirect Determination, Vertex, Avalara, or Sovos (Taxware).
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Possession of one of the following active accreditations is either required, in progress, or you must be willing to obtain it:
• - Licensed CPA in your state of practice or primary office, if eligible.
• - If not eligible for CPA, a Licensed Attorney (or foreign equivalent), Enrolled Agent, Project Management (PMP) certification, or various other relevant technical certifications.

Responsibilities:

• As an Oracle Manager within Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team, I expect you to manage daily interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
• You will oversee and deliver aspects of Oracle EBS Financials and/or Oracle Cloud ERP or indirect tax engine client engagements and teams.
• I anticipate you will identify, design, and implement technology and innovative solutions to tackle tax challenges.
• It's important that you grasp and articulate the broader scope of the TTC practice and Deloitte as a whole, maintaining holistic client relationships.
• You will take on the role of counselor and coach, engaging in staffing processes and retention activities.
• I also expect you to cultivate and sustain professional contacts, lead pursuit teams, and contribute to business development initiatives.
