An award-winning law firm is looking to add a stellar Litigation Associate to their team!

Must have at least 3 years of litigation experience to be considered.

Desired Background:

* 5-15 years of experience in commercial or civil litigation including construction defense, breach of contract, insurance defense, premises and produbt liability, tort, class actions or labor/employment
* Experience with discovery, motions, and pleadings
* Licensed to practice in California
* Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
