Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security GRC Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have over 11 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control, including experience with both production support and full-cycle implementations. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days onsite each week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level SAP Security and GRC Access Control consulting services across various SAP modules and systems.
• Lead and support SAP Security design and GRC implementations (v5.3/10.X/12.0), including upgrades.
• Participate in business blueprinting sessions to gather client requirements and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Configure and maintain SAP GRC modules ARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM.
• Design and maintain role-based authorization matrices; perform role remediation and modifications.
• Set up BRF+ decision tables and MSMP workflows for custom access request approvals.
• Handle production support and incident resolution across ECC, S/4 HANA, BI/BW, Fiori, SolMan, MDG, CRM, SRM, BOBJ, and XI.
• Perform SU24 maintenance and manage obsolete/new authorization objects.
• Lead at least one SAP Security migration from ECC to S/4 HANA or a fresh S/4 HANA implementation with embedded Fiori.

Must-Have Skills:

• 11+ years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control
• Hands-on expertise in GRC modules: ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM
• Proficiency in SAP systems: ECC, S/4 HANA, BI/BW, Fiori, SolMan, MDG, CRM, SRM, BOBJ, XI
• Experience in 2 3 full lifecycle GRC implementations or upgrades
• Strong understanding of BRF+ and MSMP workflow customization
• Experience in Production Support, Role Design, and Authorization Matrix Development
• Experience in SU24 maintenance and authorization object management
• At least 1 SAP Security migration to S/4 HANA or new S/4 HANA implementation
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP Security and GRC solutions

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• SAP BPC Security
• Experience with SAP GRC Process Control (PC)
• Familiarity with SAP Security in HR modules
• Cross-system integration and security in hybrid landscapes
