Your Impact Will Be Significant:
Inspire and Guide: Provide visionary leadership, supervision, and training to our dedicated program staff.
Champion Best Practices: Ensure our team consistently applies the principles of the Wraparound model in all our work.
Build a Strong Team: Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a supportive and high-performing team.
Provide Expert Support: Offer direct 1-1 supervision to Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners.
Be a Dependable Resource: Provide 24/7 emergency on-call support to ensure our clients receive the help they need.
Encourage Growth: Support the team in developing their skills and advancing their careers.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Education: A Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field.
Licensure: LICSW or LMHC licensure.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Leadership: 3 years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Preferred Experience: Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program.
Reliability: Access to reliable transportation for community visits.
