Responsibilities PR Campaigns and Strategies: Work alongside Global Brand President and regional PR agency partners to craft and execute digital and offline PR campaigns in alignment with larger company goals and in alignment with target audiences and align with the brand's voice and mission. Market Analysis: Work with agency partners, digital tools and internal resources to conduct large-scale and ongoing market analysis, determining what PR and marketing messages and strategies resonate and align with the larger brand mission and values. Leverage insights to improve existing brand assets and digital presence and to plan for future marketing and press campaigns. Conduct ongoing analysis of the market landscape, including competitors, consumer behavior, and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential threats. Customer Segmentation: Work with agency partners, digital tools and internal resources to conduct large-scale and ongoing customer segmentation projects, aligning findings with key cross-functional teams, including growth marketing and e-commerce teams. Leverage insights to improve existing marketing and PR strategies and to reach new audiences. Media Relations: Manage PR coordinator in fostering relationships with online media outlets, bloggers, and influencers, securing media coverage that boosts brand image. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to communicate Halara's positioning as an athleisure brand, as well as its perception in the market, by analyzing market trends, researching target audiences, using trend forecasting platforms and implementing customer segmentation learnings to attract customers and build brand loyalty across all communication channels. Brand performance monitoring: Track key metrics and analyzing brand awareness, customer perception, and market share to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Track brand loyalty in coordination with SEO and e-commerce teams based on online sentiment and repeat purchase behavior. Content Creation: Work with shooting and creative peers to create engaging content that communicates the brand's messages effectively in a press-worthy manner. Analytics: Leverage analytics tools to track PR KPIs, measure the success of PR efforts and their impact on marketing campaigns. Monitor tools daily to effectively and quickly handle communications crises. ESG: Work with legal team to develop and evolve ESG messaging, ensuring consistent messaging across sites and press coverage. SEO: Work with SEO team to weave best practices into PR content to improve online visibility and search engine rankings. Project Management: Oversee digital and PR projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Press Releases and Editing: Crafting and distributing press releases as well as overseeing the editing process to maintain quality and consistency. Digital Upgrades: Work with e-commerce leaders across all regions to ensure all sites are audited on daily and weekly cadences, with upgrades and improvements rolled out regularly and strategically, in alignment with major marketing and PR moments. Ensure that all communication channels, both online and offline, reflect the company's brand identity and messaging.
