Work for an Elite organization with a mission to improve the health & wellness of organizations, one life at a time.

This position is one day per week - Saturdays from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm at our clinic in Salinas, California. The clinic is focused on providing general healthcare to agriculture employees and their family members.

• The schedule is for day shifts on Saturdays from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The clinic is closed for one our for lunch.
• Provider may be asked to provide telehealth services at this or other Elite clinics.
• Provider may be required to attend field event services when requested by the client.
• Malpractice insurance provided including tail coverage.
• NO Calls, NO after hours work.
• Private concierge practice that is not open to the general public .

• Must have an active California Physician Assistant License.
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA registration within 120 days of hire.
• Must have or be able to obtain BLS Certification within 10 days of hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Must be or become proficient in utilizing medical equipment and technology relevant to the role (e.g., DME, EMR (eClinicalWorks), etc.).

Elite Providers are responsible to:

• Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
• Work independently, contacting offsite collaborating physician as needed regarding patient care.
• Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.
• Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 8 to 15 patients daily).
• Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
