About the role

As a Manager, Partner Management, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, developing product expertise, optimizing partner operations, and executing go-to-market strategies to achieve key business objectives. We will count on you to drive and manage partner investment contracts focused on initiatives that grow their business and deliver measurable outcomes. Along the way, you will get to: 

  • Identify and promote Insight’s best catalog offerings, aligning solutions to partner needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to ensure their investments lead to successful outcomes, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Serve as the liaison between Insight’s internal teams and partners, providing guidance, support, and alignment on key initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance, tracking contract effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement or new opportunities.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, vendor relations, or account coordination, preferably in IT or technology.
  • Proven ability to manage contracts, align solutions to partner goals, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
