Entry-Level Maintenance Technician
Sansom Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer seeking a contract-to-hire Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support daily facility inspections and routine maintenance tasks. This role will work closely with experienced technicians to ensure the proper operation of building systems, including heat pumps and rooftop units.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily facility and equipment inspections
Support maintenance activities involving heat pumps, rooftop units, and general building systems
Document findings and report issues to senior maintenance staff
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Participate in hands-on training to build technical skills
Qualifications:
Interest in building maintenance or HVAC systems
Willingness to learn through hands-on training
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and reliability
