INVENTORY AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR:

We are looking for an experienced INVENTORY AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR for an employer in the Elizabethtown area!

Will be responsible for:  

• Reconciling inventory after each kiln is processed, processing all kiln invoices, compare/contrast inventory continuously, loading and unloading kilns, de-stacking bundles when they are processed, processing tallies for each location, and maintain kiln spreadsheet and coordinate with kiln manager regarding lumber and when it will be processed.
• Will also schedule shipments, track product movement, maintain and oversee trucking schedule, compare new/existing inventory, import and enter data, generate pick-list and send to kiln, ensure export documentation is in order, and leverage company trucks.
• Will assist sales by reviewing inventory daily, processing all new orders, creating reports for weekly meetings, and managing customer expectations.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining broker relationships.

The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, organized, have excellent data entry and Excel spreadsheet skills, be a team player, and always go the extra mile. They must also be able to multitask, be customer-focused, understand and deal with change effectively and efficiently, and work in a stressful, fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: DOE $18-25.
