** JOB SUMMARY:
**Join our team in Oconomowoc or Menomonee Falls, WI! Ace Precision is hiring a skilled Laser Technician to operate CO2, Yag, or Flat Cut laser equipment to machine parts. If you’re looking for a reliable opportunity in a hands-on environment, we encourage you to apply!
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
**
Works from sketches, setup sheets, and related documents.
Starts and observes laser operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
Recognizes and reports process variations, operational sequences, and dimensional and finish deviations.
Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications through use of various inspection measuring equipment, including micrometers, pin gages, and verniers.
Deburrs parts as necessary.
** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
**High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum of two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
