Job Posting: Job Coach/Coordinator for Pre-ETS Students

Bloom Consulting is seeking a passionate and dedicated Job Coach/Coordinator to join our Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program in Missoula, MT. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to empower students with disabilities as they develop workplace skills and navigate employment opportunities.

Position Details

• Title: Job Coach/Coordinator for Pre-ETS Students
• Location: Missoula, MT
• Hours: 10 hours per week, with potential to grow as the program expands
• Salary: $20-$25/hour
• Start Date: May 01, 2025
• Supervisor: Christine Morrison

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on coaching to students with disabilities in workplace settings.
• Support students as they practice workplace skills and navigate job expectations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local employers, addressing any concerns or behaviors that arise on-site.
• Market the program to businesses and create new connections for student opportunities.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment to enhance student success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is essential.
• Proven ability to build connections with businesses and market programs is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with students, employers, and stakeholders.

Interview Process

Interviews will be conducted virtually on Zoom based on candidate preference.
