In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying and attracting top talent to support our operational goals.
Manage the full cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates across multiple departments.
Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and fit within our company culture.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices and strategies.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve the time-to-fill for positions.
Stay informed about industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies to ensure competitiveness in the talent market.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within an internal HR environment.
Experience with high-volume recruitment and sourcing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
