What You'll Do
Proactively reach out to potential patients, introducing them to our remote patient monitoring program and assessing their eligibility.
Clearly explain our services, answer questions, and use sales techniques to highlight the benefits of enrollment.
Personalize solutions to meet each patient's needs, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the process.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and use insights to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to streamline the enrollment process and maximize patient engagement.
Consistently meet or exceed enrollment goals, contributing to the growth and success of the program.
Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, making every interaction a positive one.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and service excellence.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage and persuade.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment is a plus.
A patient-centered approach, combining empathy with strong sales techniques.
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic setting.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant sales experience is a plus.
Schedule
Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Additional flexible shifts may be available upon approval.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $18 per hour + performance-based monthly bonuses.
