Those in Maximo consulting at PwC will specialise in Maximo applications and assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to Maximo software.

The Opportunity

As part of the Business Application Consulting Generalist team, you lead efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing the IFS Cloud solution focused on Asset, Service, and Supply Chain Management modules. As a Manager, you guide and mentor your team, facilitating successful project management from design to deployment across various industries, while maintaining exemplary standards and fostering a positive working environment. You also play a crucial role in supporting the sales cycle, delivering IT transformation projects, and building enduring relationships with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee consulting projects focused on IFS Cloud solutions

- Guide and mentor team members to achieve successful project delivery

- Manage project lifecycle from design through deployment across diverse sectors

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment

- Support the sales process by providing knowledge in IT transformation

- Build and maintain enduring client and team relationships

- Maintain excellence in project management and deliverables

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5 years of experience

- Leading IFS Cloud implementation projects

- Managing IFS Cloud solutions across industries

- Guiding technical teams with design and implementation

- Implementing software in Service, Manufacturing, Utilities, Telecommunications

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
