Location: San Francisco, CA
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:30 AM–2:30 PM or 8:30 AM–3:30 PM) with occasional weekend shifts
Pay: Starting at $22/hour , based on experience

What You’ll Do: Duties and Responsibilities

• 🚐 Drive & Transport Dogs: Safely pick up and drop off dogs in company vans along established routes.

• 🌲 Lead Off-Leash Adventures: Supervise and engage groups of dogs during off-leash play at our Montara ranch.

• 📸 Capture the Fun: Take photos and share quick daily updates with clients using our mobile app.

• 🧼 Keep It Clean: Maintain a tidy, safe vehicle and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

• 🐶 Keep Learning: Complete Dog Walker University , Pet CPR/First Aid , and ongoing training in dog behavior and handling.

What We’re Looking For

• Dog Lover: You’re passionate about canine care and positive-reinforcement training.

• Dependable & Safety-Minded: Always on time and committed to safety and professionalism.

• Experienced Driver: Confident driving a van in SF traffic (5+ years of city driving preferred).

• Team Player: Great communication, attention to detail, and reliability.

• Active & Outdoorsy: Comfortable walking, bending, lifting (up to 70 lbs), and working in all weather.

Requirements

• Valid California Driver’s License (Class C) and clean driving record

• Smartphone (iOS or Android) for communication and reporting

• Comfortable managing up to 15 dogs at once (with assistant support)

• Ability to work outdoors year-round
