Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Graduate Customer Success Manager to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone eager to build relationships, provide outstanding support, and help customers succeed with our products and services. You'll play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction, reducing risks, and supporting the adoption of new solutions.
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve challenges, and create an exceptional experience. Your ability to engage, educate, and collaborate will help drive customer satisfaction and long-term success.
This is a remote position open to candidates worldwide.
What You'll Do:
Provide responsive support to customers by troubleshooting issues and finding effective solutions.
Assist with onboarding new customers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to develop and deliver engagement plans tailored to customer needs.
Identify opportunities for customer growth and expansion, ensuring they get the most value from our offerings.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve products, services, and user experience.
Contribute to creating and improving documentation, onboarding materials, and FAQs.
Run customer engagement campaigns to enhance adoption and awareness of key features and updates.
Monitor customer health to identify potential risks and proactively address concerns.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to structure and update documentation.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian.
Prior experience in customer success, technical support, or account management.
