We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Liability Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team! Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of general liability litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Engage in pre-trial activities, including depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to provide exceptional legal representation and achieve successful outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including documentation, correspondence, and billing records.
- Stay informed about relevant legal developments, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in general liability including insurance defense, professional malpractice, medical malpractice, property damage, advertising injury or reputation harm. Licensed in California. Proficient in depositions, discovery, and drafting motions and pleadings independently. Ability to bring in clients. Enthusiastic, positive approach, team player. Strong attention to detail, writing and research skills, and work ethic.
