Sodexo is Seeking an Executive Chef for a University in South Central Pennsylvania (Susquehanna River Valley). The successful candidate will directly impact culinary operations while supporting, training, and developing supervisors and their teams. A critical element of the role is accessibility for the staff by being on the floor during service times and showing strong leadership ability.

What You'll Do

• Direct and train cooks and utility workers.
• Ensure food preparation and production meet operational standards.
• Manages catering and retail areas.
• Maintain customer and client satisfaction.
• Financial management to include food cost and labor management.
• Manage food and physical safety programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
