Description: Executive Assistant Be the organizational heartbeat of a team that’s empowering women and families across the Mohawk Valley.

We’re looking for a proactive, mission-driven Executive Assistant to partner closely with agency leadership. This role blends administrative excellence with creative problem-solving, communications support, and community engagement. What You’ll Do
Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, scheduling, and communications.
Lead social media and outreach activities, including drafting posts and press releases.
Coordinate events, registrations, and community participation.
Serve as finance liaison—submit payroll data, track receipts, and support bookkeeping.
Support program directors with contract tracking, reporting, and administrative coordination.
Maintain familiarity with OSOS and Caseload Manager systems for cross-program coordination.

35-hour work week with remote Fridays after a 90-day probationary period.
