This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, moves fast, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything (and everyone) running smoothly. **Qualifications:** **What You Bring:** + **3-5 years of experience** supporting senior or C-level executives in a fast-paced environment. + A knack for juggling tasks, solving problems, and staying cool under pressure. + Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and tools like Concur or Google Workspace. + Discretion, organization, and the ability to thrive without micromanagement. **This is a temporary opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in high-demand roles and can hit the ground running.** **Work Environment / Physical Requirements** Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials. Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach.
