+ **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift

**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate all aspects of planning events for the organization.
+ Coordinate all amenities and accommodations at events, as well as any associated contract negotiations.
+ Maintain events calendar and records.
+ Implement efforts to publicize and promote events.
+ Conduct post-event evaluations.
+ Adhere to event budgets and maintain financial information.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
