Job Description

We are currently looking for an organized and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team and help bring our event visions to life.

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring every detail is handled with precision. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and the internal team to ensure all logistics are managed, from concept to completion. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings
• Work closely with clients to understand event objectives and requirements
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers
• Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and schedules
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, transportation, and staffing
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create event materials and promotional content
• Ensure events are executed seamlessly, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise
• Manage on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs according to plan
• Post-event follow-up, including gathering feedback and preparing event reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Creative and resourceful problem-solver
• Ability to travel and work outside of regular business hours, as needed
• A passion for creating memorable events and delivering outstanding client experiences
