Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Patient Care Services/ Director of Nursing to clinically lead our Hospice Division in Santa Barbara.

The range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $130,000 - $150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

What you will do:

As a Director of Patient Care Services (RN) for Assisted Hospice, you will establish and implement the overall clinical direction at your location. You will create and continuously evaluate hospice care goals to ensure that they meet quality standards and promote the organization’s philosophy.
  • Will have overall responsibility for the supervision and oversight of all hospice patient care services and shall be responsible for all activities relevant to the patient care services furnished including the development of personnel qualifications and the assignment of personnel
Who you are: 
  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse (RN) by the Board of Registered Nursing in the state of California.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or other health-related field with three years of experience within the last five years in a hospice agency, primary care clinic or health facility.
  • 5 years of prior supervisory or administrative experience in hospice.
