As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and growth. You will work with a portfolio of clients to identify opportunities for deeper engagement, drive program success, and facilitate the use of our digital solutions for Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, and ESG Reporting.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive satisfaction and growth.
Identify new opportunities to deepen customer engagement and expand our partnerships.
Coordinate and manage program activities to ensure client success and high levels of participation.
Collaborate with internal teams to support projects, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Develop a strong understanding of our software offerings to inform customer growth and product development.
Participate in both on-site and remote meetings, fostering collaboration and building rapport with clients.
Attend quarterly meetings to align with the broader team and participate in strategic planning.
Travel as needed to meet with customers and attend company events, while managing a flexible schedule.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree (required).
3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with SaaS platforms.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel and engage with clients as needed.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience working with ESG, Sustainability, or EHS platforms.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
Travel Requirements:
Travel will be required for customer site visits, conferences, and trade shows.
If you're based locally, expect to be in the office at least 3 times per month for in-person collaboration.
Remote employees will travel to the company headquarters once per quarter, with travel expenses reimbursed according to the company policy.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation may be required for travel.
