Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee all construction and maintenance projects across our network of nursing homes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement construction plans for each facility.
  2. Coordinate and supervise all construction projects, including renovations, repairs, and new builds.
  3. Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  4. Manage vendors, internal budget, crew hiring and supervision 
  5. Manage budgets and costs associated with construction and maintenance projects.
  6. Must be willing to travel the state of Alabama frequently as well as occasional trips to Arkansas, Florida and Missouri

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management for a company with multiple locations
  2. Five years of experience with drywall, tile, plumbing, painting, HVAC, etc
  3. Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
