We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Support Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in managing client relationships by providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Your primary objective will be to facilitate client needs, manage quotations, and support the implementation of changes to client registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the customer service team by providing accurate quotations, extensions to scope, and budgetary quotes to existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Manage all aspects of the quoting process, from initial inquiry to finalization, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, including Top Management and Technical Officers, to address client inquiries and obtain necessary guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date databases and ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately.
• Proactively follow up on pending client issues and manage any special requests or considerations.
• Assist in business plan development by adhering to pricing strategies and achieving key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with team members to cover responsibilities during absences and ensure seamless operations.
• Participate actively in daily operations meetings and contribute to the improvement of processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business or professional office setting.
• Experience in roles such as coordinator, processor, or project manager is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products are advantageous.

This is a full-remote position, allowing flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere while maintaining close communication with our team based in Acton.
