Description: The School Psychologist plays a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment for all children by supporting students and families. This position provides expertise in assessment, consultation, intervention, and collaboration to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive. You will conduct evaluations, support the development of IEPs, provide consultation and short-term counseling, and help design effective interventions. The position also involves collaborating staff, leading training, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting a positive learning environment for all students. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and professional setting.
Additionally, you will remain current in your field through ongoing professional growth and collaboration, communicate regularly with parents and staff, and contribute to building- and district-level meetings.
