Call Center Customer Service Representative

Description:

We have multiple openings for Inbound Call Center Representatives. The role involves taking inbound calls to resolve member issues of all types, including RX, PCP, Benefits, and Eligibility. Experience with Microsoft Office is required. Resources are permitted to work remotely unless there are outages, in which case they must be prepared to report to their nearest office.

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of Customer Service. Proficient in technology (Microsoft Office, Phones). Preferred Skills: Call Center Experience, Armed Forces background.
