Job Description: Seronda Network We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions and update customer accounts as needed.

Skills Required:
