Job Description

We have partnered with a civil engineering firm in the Indianapolis, IN area to provide them with a CAD Designer. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the CAD Designer:

#1. Minimum 3 years of CAD drafting experience in roadway and/or bridge design.

#2. Proficiency in MicroStation and familiarity with GEOPAK, InRoads, or OpenRoads Designer.

#3. Strong understanding of INDOT/ODOT design standards and procedures.

#4. Ability to create and maintain CADD files, models, and drawings.

Requirements of the CAD Designer:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Associates Degree in CADD or related program preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 3 years of road and/or bridge CAD drafting experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience with INDOT and/or ODOT standards and design procedures, specific to roadway and bridge projects.
  • Proficient in MicroStation
  • Experience with GEOPAK/InRoads/OpenRoads Designer highly preferred

Other Key Requirements:

  • 100% onsite, in-office work
  • No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
