**Responsibilities** + **Patient Care** : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. + **Procedures:** Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients. + **Communication** : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach. + **Documentation** : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. + **Team Collaboration** : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. + **Quality Improvement** : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement. **Qualifications** + A valid and unrestricted California medical license + Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) + Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program + Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferable **Overview** **Foundation Physicians Medical Group (FPMG)** , a multi-specialty medical group aligned with Dignity Health, is seeking to add a **Breast Imaging Radiologist** to live/work in the beautiful coastal city of **Santa Cruz, CA** . **Opportunity Highlights:** + Minimum 50% Breast to start w/ opportunity to grow + Potential for Medical Directorship + Expanding radiology service + Excellent colleagues and support system + Light shared call w/ after hours coverage + Internal moonlighting opportunity + PSLF eligible opportunity **Package includes:** + Highly competitive compensation ($500k-$600k DOE) with signing bonus and moving allowance.
