Job Description

The Garden View Restaurant at the Oregon Garden Resort is looking for a skilled and passionate Breakfast & Lunch Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while ensuring a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workstation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to work Mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
