Billing Specialist - Receivables

St. Paul, MN | Contract to Hire | $25-33/hr

Konik is partnering with a dynamic manufacturing company in the large-format printing industry to find a Billing Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has strong skills in billing and accounting operations.

Billing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process accurate customer invoices in a timely manner using Excel and ERP systems (Pace experience a plus)
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams including project coordinators and accounting departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with reporting and reconciliations
• Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally regarding billing inquiries

Billing Specialist Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business, or a related field preferred
• 1–5 years of experience in accounting, billing, or accounts receivable
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in ERP systems (Pace preferred)
• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or large-format printing company is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
