Are you an organized multitasker with a warm, professional personality? We’re looking for a Bilingual Medical Receptionist with prior medical experience to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re fluent in both English and Spanish (written & spoken) and have experience working in a healthcare setting, we’d love to meet you!
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
* Answering calls and messages with professionalism and empathy
* Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
* Managing patient records and updating information in the system
* Assisting with billing inquiries and insurance-related tasks
* Supporting the team with other admin responsibilities
✨ What We’re Looking For:
* Prior medical receptionist or healthcare admin experience required
* Bilingual in English & Spanish (both written and verbal)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools
* Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (like Kareo, Athenahealth, AdvancedMD, or similar)
* Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, Zoom, and phone systems (RingCentral, 8x8, or similar)
💰 Hourly Rate: $6–$8 per hour (based on experience)
