Job Description
**Duties and responsibilities**
**Barista**
+ Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
+ Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies for coffee bar.
+ Greets all customers with fast, friendly, personalized service and develops a rapport with customers.
+ Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
+ Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
+ Runs errands, when needed, to pick up supplies and/or product.
+ Maintains efficient, friendly service.
**Qualifications**
**Education:** High School Graduate
**Experience:** One year of relevant experience - Barista
**Other Qualifications include:**
+ Possess excellent communication skills.
+ Have good attention to detail.
+ Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
+ Able to work independently and be team oriented.
**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
