Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Auto Wash Manager for our Hardin Valley Auto Wash. This individual must be willing to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. We need candidates with prior management experience. We are looking for team players with a positive attitude. The Manager is responsible for managing the team, assisting customers, and growing the business. Salary is base plus commission averaging around $50,000 annually. Benefits

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service
• Coordinate and manage the team members effectively
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior auto wash management experience
• DRB software experience preferred
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
• Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
