Your New Role

As an Appliance Repair Technician servicing the St. Charles, MO 63301 area, you’ll be the trusted expert customers rely on to keep their homes running smoothly. Every day, you’ll be tackling hands-on work that makes a real difference, including:

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of residential appliances

• Performing inspections, testing components, and identifying root issues

• Replacing faulty parts and reassembling appliances to top working condition

• Communicating repair needs and costs clearly to customers

• Keeping accurate service records and managing parts inventory

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and up to code

• Delivering A+ customer service and educating clients on appliance care

• 2–3 years of experience in appliance repair

• Skilled in diagnosing and repairing common household appliances (washers, dryers, ovens, fridges, etc.)

• Comfortable using standard repair tools and technology

• Strong attention to detail and top-tier problem-solving ability

• Knowledge of safety protocols and repair regulations

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
