Position : Administrative Assistant (Fluent in Spanish and English)
Work Hours (Client) : 9am - 5pm EST | Mon - Fri
Holidays : US Holidays   
Location of Search : LatAm
Work Location : REMOTE

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a reliable, sharp, and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role will primarily focus on client intake, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative support. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, tech-comfortable, eager to learn, and possess strong communication and common-sense problem-solving skills.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients
  • Answer and manage phone calls professionally and with warmth
  • Provide accurate information and handle general inquiries
  • Convert leads into scheduled consultations or clients
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Follow up with clients as needed to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Accurately follow instructions and adapt to evolving procedures

Minimum Requirements:

Language requirement: Excellent English & Spanish Communication Skills
Experience: 3+ years of related experience 

  • Excellent spoken and written English & Spanish
  • Minimal to no accent preferred for clear client communication
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent judgment and common sense when handling inquiries
  • Quick learner, eager to grow within the role
  • Comfortable using or learning tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Clio
  • Highly Tech Savvy
  • Prior administrative or intake experience preferred
  • Legal experience/exposure a plus but NOT required
