Accounting Assistant – Irvine, CA
Pay: $23–$27/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: On-site in Irvine, CA

We are actively seeking a reliable and detail-driven Accounting Assistant to join a well-established company in Irvine. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their accounting career in a stable and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing

Perform data entry and reconcile invoices

Support month-end closing procedures

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Respond to vendor inquiries and support internal departments with billing questions

Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed

Qualifications:
1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience a plus)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills

Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
